The library pass allows free admission for two adults and four dependents to New Hampshire day-use parks.  NOTE: This does not include the reservation fee as described below.

 

Booking a NH State Park Pass is a 4 STEP Process.  Please read the instructions carefully.

 

STEP 1

Make sure the pass is valid for the park you want to visit...

The pass is NOT valid at:

  • Canon Mountain Aerieal Tramway
  • Flume Gorge
  • Hampton Beach State Park - South Beach
  • Wallis Sands State Park

Pass can't be used for camping or metered parking.

 

Make sure the park is open on the day you want to go...

Please check the park's website or contact the park directly to ensure it will be open on the day for which you are reserving your pass!

 

STEP 2

Reserve your pass on the library website...

  • Use the calendar below to choose your desired date.
  • Fill out the online form.

 

STEP 3

Make your reservation with the NH State Park system for the specific park you are going to...

  • To make your reservation, visit: https://newhampshirestateparks.reserveamerica.com/welcome.do?
  • You will be charged a $1 non-refundable registration fee charged by the software company.
  • To avoid being charged the park's regular admission fee, you need to check off that you have a library pass when making the reservation.
  • The system will remove the admission fee, but you must still pay the $1 reservation fee.
  • Print out your reservation confirmation to bring with you on the day you visit the park.

 

STEP 4

Get your admission pass from the library...

  • Go to the library and get your pass.
  • Passes can be picked up in advance during normal library hours.
  • They do not need to be returned.
  • Bring your library pass (and your reservation confirmation from Step 3) with you to the park on the day of your visit.
  • Enjoy our beautiful NH State Parks!
